Information we use

Google sign-in supplies your account identity, name, email and profile image. We store account sessions, purchase records, generation balances and task history. Stripe processes payment details; we do not receive your full card number.

Your photos and videos

Choosing a photo shows a browser preview. Submitting sends it to our service. For live generation, Kie AI receives temporary access to your photo and the fixed reference video. Cloudflare R2 stores private input photos and finished videos. Temporary signed links are used for processing and downloads; anyone with an unexpired link may access that file.

Download access expires 24 hours after submission. Our background cleanup removes expired input and output media when it runs. This is not a promise of deletion at the exact expiry second. Payment and task records are retained separately for account history, refunds and dispute handling. Provider retention is governed by the provider’s own practices and must be reviewed before launch.

Cookies and access

Essential cookies maintain your sign-in session. Local browser storage helps recover an interrupted request. Your account is required to access your task history and obtain result download links. The local demo uses an anonymous local session and does not replace the reference performer’s identity.

Optional analytics

When configured for the public site, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages with query strings and fragments removed. Microsoft Clarity may record interactions on public pricing and information pages. We exclude the photo studio from Clarity and exclude sign-in, account, payment and administration pages from both tools. We do not add photos, email addresses or generation details to analytics events. Analytics is disabled in local previews; launch configuration and any required consent will be finalized before public release.

Your choices

Only upload photos you have permission to use. For account access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@nightwingvideo.com. We may retain records required for legal obligations or payment disputes.
