The service

Nightwing AI is an independent, fan-inspired video tool. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by DC or Warner Bros. Related characters and marks belong to their respective owners.

The planned product uses a photo and fixed dance reference to generate an approximately 8-second vertical 720p video, with music added afterward. AI output may vary and cannot guarantee an exact likeness or choreography match.

Your responsibilities

You must be at least 18 and have permission to use the uploaded photo and the depicted person’s likeness. Do not use the service for impersonation, fraud, harassment, non-consensual sexual content or unlawful material.

Purchases and generation usage

Packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Unused purchased generations do not expire. Submitting reserves one generation; a delivered result consumes it. Confirmed technical failure returns the reservation. An uncertain provider submission remains under review until its status can be established. A new attempt after a successful result uses another generation.

Download finished files within 24 hours of submission. Access expiry and media cleanup do not delete your purchase records. See our refund policy for payment questions.

Service availability

Generation can be delayed by provider availability. Misuse or a disputed payment may pause generation access while we review it. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
